Sometimes you just want to sip on a delicious cup of coffee without the caffeine kick. Let's be honest, decaf coffees have gotten a bad rap because many disappoint! Not this special Mountain Water-processed Mexican lot.

This lot hails from the coffee growing region of Veracruz and is made up of Bourbon and Caturra varietals. Coffee cherries are harvested, washed, then seeds are slowly soaked in pure water from Pico de Orizaba to extract caffeine while maintaining intrinsic aromatic solubles. This seals in the decadent flavors of this special lot and gives the beans their glossy shine.

Baristas who brew this coffee liken the first aromatic to fudge brownie with notes of cinnamon and toffee lingering until the final sip.

Enjoy and share a bag of our decaf lot today!
